Sales & Business Development Specialist

About the role

We are looking for a dynamic Sales & Business Development Specialist to drive our international growth. The role combines client management, market expansion, and brand promotion across Spanish‑ and English‑speaking markets, with occasional Portuguese communication.

Key responsibilities

• Handle client inquiries, process sales orders, and provide after‑sales support.
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in overseas markets while nurturing existing accounts.
• Promote products and enhance brand awareness in local markets.
• Plan and attend international trade shows and conduct overseas client visits.
• Prepare regular sales reports covering progress, KPIs and market share.
• Execute operational tasks assigned by management and support cross‑departmental activities.
• Leverage social media channels for product promotion (preferred).
• Apply industry knowledge of spring‑related or similar industrial machinery (preferred).

Required profile

• Native Spanish speaker with fluent English; conversational Portuguese is a plus.
• Proven experience in sales, client management or business development, preferably in industrial equipment.
• Strong communication and relationship‑building abilities.
• Willingness to travel internationally for exhibitions and client meetings.
