Sales Development Lead – EOS Pipeline & B2B Coaching

About the role

We are looking for an EOS Pipeline / Sales Development Lead to own and grow the sales pipeline for EOS implementation, coaching, speaking and advisory services. The role is fully remote with required overlap of US business hours and combines a modest base salary with a performance‑based commission.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and prospect target companies in investment firms, incubators, accelerators and franchise organisations.
• Initiate and nurture conversations, schedule and close paid EOS sessions, workshops, cohorts and speaking engagements.
• Build and manage referral channels and maintain a clean, measurable CRM workflow.
• Execute weekly outbound, follow‑up and referral activities to achieve defined pipeline targets.
• Track and report on pipeline metrics, ensuring a clear scoreboard for revenue goals.

• Self‑motivated hunter with a strong desire to earn through results.
• Comfortable working remotely and aligning with US business hours.
• Accountable, direct and resource‑ful, able to operate without pre‑generated leads.
• Committed to fast iteration, clear metrics and continuous improvement.

What we offer

• Base salary of $1,500 USD per month plus 10 % of net sales commission.
• Clear performance targets: 2 paid EOS sessions in the first 90 days, $20 k/month run‑rate by month 7.
