Sales Development Representative (Remote, Mexico)

About the role

FoodServiceIQ is looking for a motivated Sales Development Representative to help restaurant operators improve profitability. The role focuses on generating new business opportunities by qualifying leads and scheduling discovery calls with potential clients.

Key responsibilities

• Qualify inbound leads and book discovery calls with restaurant prospects.
• Manage all outreach and lead activity using Zoho CRM.
• Clearly convey FoodServiceIQ’s value proposition in conversations and written outreach.
• Work closely with Account Executives to refine outreach strategies and messaging.
• Track performance metrics and continuously improve based on coaching and data.

Required profile

• 1-2 years of SDR or cold-calling experience.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong interpersonal abilities and quick rapport building.
• Analytical and problem-solving mindset with attention to detail.
• Goal-oriented attitude with a passion for exceeding targets.
• Interest in the restaurant industry and understanding of restaurant operations.

Required skills

• Experience with Zoho CRM (or similar CRM platforms).

What we offer

• Full-time remote position based in Mexico.
• Base salary of $1,500 USD per month plus commission.
• On-target earnings ranging from $2,500-$3,000 USD per month.
