Sales Executive – Vacation Ownership

About the role
Join Marriott Vacations Worldwide as a Sales Executive focused on vacation ownership. You will engage prospective guests, present ownership opportunities, and help turn vacation dreams into reality.
Key responsibilities
- Present ownership options using approved materials and maintain a professional appearance.
- Achieve individual performance targets and contribute to site VPG and closing percentages.
- Provide exceptional customer service, discuss terms, incentives, points, and pricing.
- Maintain up‑to‑date product knowledge through required training.
- Participate in demos, assessments, coaching sessions, and staff meetings.
Required profile
- Bilingual fluency in English and Spanish.
- Flexible schedule availability.
- Prior experience in vacation ownership sales.
- Strong customer‑service orientation, excellent verbal and written communication, and attention to detail.
- Ability to multitask, build business partnerships, and thrive in ambiguous environments.
