Scheduling Receptionist – Patient Support (Hybrid)

About the role

As the first point of contact for patients, you will simplify appointment scheduling, answer queries and guide callers to the right resources, ensuring a positive experience from the first call.

Key responsibilities

• Answer incoming patient calls with professionalism and empathy.
• Schedule appointments across multiple clinic locations.
• Help patients locate the appropriate provider, location, or service.
• Efficiently triage calls and direct patients to the correct department.
• Collect and update patient information accurately in electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Assist with incoming referrals and related documentation.
• Maintain accurate records while following established procedures.
• Support patients throughout the scheduling process and help remove barriers to care.

Required profile

• At least 6 months of customer‑service experience.
• Advanced English proficiency (C1 or higher).
• Strong verbal communication and phone confidence.
• Excellent attention to detail and data‑entry accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers and learning new software.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast‑paced environment.
• Willingness to work on‑site in Guadalajara (hybrid schedule).

Required skills

• Experience with Electronic Health Record (EHR) systems.
