School Nurse – Bilingual Private School

About the role

We are seeking a qualified Nurse to join Kipling School, a private bilingual institution in Mexico City. The Nurse will ensure the health, safety and well‑being of students and staff by delivering immediate medical care, supporting preventive health programmes and complying with child‑protection standards.

Key responsibilities

• Provide first‑aid and emergency medical assistance during school hours.
• Maintain accurate medical records, incident reports and health documentation.
• Support health‑promotion initiatives such as hygiene, nutrition, vaccination and disease‑prevention campaigns.
• Manage medical supplies, medications and ensure compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Collaborate with school leadership, teachers, parents and the school doctor on student health concerns.
• Participate in emergency‑preparedness drills, first‑aid training and child‑protection activities.

Required profile

• Technical Degree in Nursing (Bachelor’s preferred).
• Minimum two years of nursing experience, preferably in educational or pediatric settings.
• Additional training in first aid, emergency response and child protection is advantageous.

Required skills

• First‑aid and emergency care proficiency.
• Medication management and medical documentation.
• Knowledge of health protocols, school hygiene and safety regulations.
