Senior Account Executive – SAP Software Sales (LATAM)

About the role

DataXstream, a long‑standing SAP partner, is looking for a Senior Account Executive to drive new business and expand existing accounts across Mexico and the broader LATAM region. The role combines direct sales, partner co‑selling, and regional leadership of a team of Account Executives.

Key responsibilities

• Generate new accounts and grow the installed SAP customer base in Mexico and LATAM.
• Identify and qualify opportunities linked to SAP lifecycle events such as S/4HANA migrations and digital transformation projects.
• Co‑sell with SAP Account Executives and ecosystem partners (SIs, VARs) to build and advance the sales pipeline.
• Develop and execute sales plans to meet or exceed quarterly and annual quotas.
• Prepare proposals, respond to RFPs, and articulate the value of DataXstream’s integration solutions.
• Maintain accurate forecasts in the CRM and collaborate with Technical, Services, Marketing, and strategic partner teams.

Required profile

• Based in Mexico City (CDMX) with the ability to travel within the region.
• 7+ years of proven experience selling SAP‑related products.
• Deep knowledge of the SAP ecosystem (S/4HANA, ECC, SAP Public Cloud, SAP BTP) and SAP buying cycles.
• Prior co‑selling experience with SAP partners (PartnerEdge) is a strong plus.
• Bilingual Spanish/English – written and spoken.
• Experience managing complex sales cycles with multiple stakeholders and RFP processes.
