Senior Account Manager - ASO

About the role

The Senior Account Manager – ASO will lead a portfolio of assigned accounts, driving transactional sales and ensuring revenue targets are met. Based in Mexico City, you will build strong customer relationships to increase penetration, preference, and loyalty while simplifying the buying experience with Marriott.

Key responsibilities

• Identify and solicit new accounts in collaboration with Sales and Marketing teams.
• Penetrate existing accounts for group, transient, extended‑stay, and catering opportunities.
• Manage pricing, contractual correspondence, and opportunity administration to support sales transactions.
• Create and track booking and transaction fee opportunities, coordinating with Finance to ensure accurate charging.
• Execute defined sales plans, monitor margin performance, and support revenue‑generation initiatives.
• Qualify new prospects, re‑qualify existing accounts, and develop actionable sales plans to achieve revenue goals.

Required profile

• Minimum 3 + years of sales and marketing experience.
• Experience in total account management; hospitality sales experience is a plus.
• Strong English communication skills.
