Senior Account Manager – Toy Channel (Mexico)

About the role

The Senior Account Manager – Toy Channel Mexico will lead Kids2’s growth within the Mexican toy market. You will be the primary contact for key retailers, driving sales volume, margin, and market share while coordinating cross‑functional initiatives.

Key responsibilities

• Achieve profitable sales and share growth aligned with revenue, margin and distribution targets.
• Define and execute the Toy category growth strategy across traditional, mass‑merch, specialty stores and clubs.
• Lead complex negotiations with top retailers on pricing, trade terms, spend, space allocation and product launches.
• Develop and manage annual Joint Business Plans (JBP) with key accounts, setting targets, initiatives and KPIs.
• Collaborate with internal teams worldwide to share best practices, drive supply‑chain efficiencies and ensure consistent brand positioning.
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and shopper insights to inform account decisions.
• Provide accurate forecasts and demand planning inputs for new product concepts and annual brand plans.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large retail accounts in the consumer goods or toy sector.
• Strong negotiation skills and ability to influence multi‑disciplinary teams.
• Excellent analytical mindset with a focus on sales data, profitability and promotional performance.
• Fluent in English; Spanish proficiency preferred.
