Senior Associate Bookkeeper

About the role

Intugo is looking for a detail‑oriented Senior Associate Bookkeeper to support U.S. accounting operations. You will maintain accurate financial records, perform reconciliations, manage AP/AR, and assist with month‑end and year‑end close processes while ensuring compliance with U.S. GAAP.

Key responsibilities

• Maintain and manage general ledger accounts and financial records.
• Perform bank, credit‑card, and balance‑sheet reconciliations.
• Process accounts payable (AP) and accounts receivable (AR) transactions.
• Assist with month‑end and year‑end closing activities.
• Maintain accurate financial records using accounting software.
• Communicate with internal teams and U.S.-based CPA firms regarding financial data.
• Ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP standards and accounting procedures.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• 1–3 years of bookkeeping or accounting experience supporting U.S. clients or CPA firms.
• Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP.
• Intermediate‑advanced to advanced English proficiency.
