Senior Business Analyst – Sales Processes (Latin America)

About the role

We are looking for a senior Business Analyst / Project Manager who will own the analysis and digital transformation of sales processes across Latin America. The role bridges business and technology teams, focusing on Direct Delivery and Field Sales within the consumer goods sector.

Key responsibilities

• Lead requirements‑gathering workshops with Sales, Field Operations and Commercial teams.
• Analyse current Direct Delivery and Field Sales processes, identify optimisation opportunities and translate them into functional and technical specifications.
• Ensure regional business requirements align with global standards and drive integration between ERP and sales systems.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery, including scope, timeline, cross‑functional team coordination and external vendors.
• Lead change‑management and user‑adoption initiatives for new digital tools.
• Support initiatives such as Route‑to‑Market, Direct Store Delivery, mobile sales applications, and customer master data management.

Required profile

• Spanish‑speaking senior professional with 10+ years of experience as a Business Analyst or Project Manager.
• Strong background in consumer goods, retail, and Direct Delivery / Field Sales processes.
• Proven experience managing regional or multi‑country projects in Latin America, preferably Mexico.
• Valid Mexican passport and availability to start on July 15, with travel to Melbourne, Copenhagen and throughout LATAM.
• Fluent in English (mandatory) and Spanish.
