Senior Cloud Engineer

About the role

JLL Technologies is seeking a Senior Cloud Engineer to design, implement, configure, and maintain cloud‑based infrastructure across Azure, AWS, and Google Cloud. You will work closely with cross‑functional teams to deliver scalable, reliable, secure, and cost‑effective solutions that support the company’s digital ambitions.

Key responsibilities

• Lead the design, implementation, and optimization of multi‑cloud infrastructure (Azure, AWS, Google Cloud).
• Develop and maintain Infrastructure‑as‑Code frameworks using Terraform, CloudFormation, and ARM templates.
• Automate application deployments, configuration changes, testing, monitoring, and scaling in collaboration with internal cloud, MSP, and development teams.
• Ensure reliability, scalability, and security of cloud environments.
• Create monitoring and alerting solutions to proactively address issues.
• Optimize resource usage and costs through consumption monitoring, auto‑scaling, and cost‑saving initiatives.
• Mentor and guide a team of Cloud engineers.
• Partner with stakeholders to define and execute a cloud strategy aligned with organizational goals.
• Stay up‑to‑date with emerging cloud technologies and industry best practices.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience designing and operating cloud infrastructure on Azure, AWS, or Google Cloud.
• Proven ability to implement IaC using Terraform, CloudFormation, or ARM templates.
• Experience automating deployments and managing CI/CD pipelines.
• Strong focus on reliability, scalability, security, and cost optimization.
• Demonstrated mentorship or leadership of cloud engineering teams.
