Senior Compensation Analyst

About the role

Jabil is hiring a Senior Compensation Analyst in Guadalajara. Under broad supervision, the role provides analytical support to ongoing compensation and evaluation programs. It involves taking part in compensation surveys, coordinating job descriptions and preparing and analysing survey data, as well as monitoring the merit budget and helping develop salary ranges.

Key responsibilities

• Analyse compensation data to assess the competitiveness and fairness of salary structures.
• Administer compensation programs, including salary reviews and structure analysis.
• Take part in job evaluations and market benchmarking exercises to evaluate compensation levels.
• Support compensation-related inquiries and help resolve issues.
• Maintain documentation and records on compensation programs, keeping them accurate and compliant.

Required profile

• Typically 2 to 5 years of experience in the current field of work.
• Typically a college or university degree.
• A thorough understanding of compensation principles and practices.
