Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst

About the role

Corning is seeking a Senior Customer Supply Chain Analyst to manage the end‑to‑end supply chain relationship with strategic customers. You will ensure high service levels, on‑time delivery and operational excellence while collaborating across manufacturing, planning, logistics and commercial teams.

Key responsibilities

• Lead customer order management, monitor fulfillment performance and drive solutions to meet delivery commitments.
• Partner with customers, commercial, manufacturing and supply‑chain functions to align forecasts, demand plans, inventory strategies and production schedules.
• Support new product introductions, product transitions, inventory optimization and customer‑specific supply‑chain projects.
• Track, analyse and communicate customer performance metrics, contributing to continuous‑improvement and Lean initiatives.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business Administration, Engineering or related field.
• Minimum 2 years of experience in supply chain, planning, logistics or customer supply‑chain roles.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities with capacity to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent communication, influencing and stakeholder‑management skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SAP, especially Production Planning, Scheduling and Supply Chain modules.
