Senior Delivery Manager – LATAM Retail SaaS (Independent Contractor)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our retail and supply‑chain portfolio across LATAM. This independent‑contractor position offers the flexibility to work remotely while collaborating closely with product, engineering, and data teams and traveling to customer sites when needed.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of retail accounts, conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs, and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor product usage, identify risks and growth opportunities, and drive adoption and renewal.
• Leverage retail expertise (inventory planning, demand forecasting, pricing, promotions) to help customers make better decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, ensure smooth go‑lives, and coordinate cross‑functional delivery.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, partnering with Sales and Account teams.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support, and Data to solve problems and feed customer feedback.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot, share updates via Slack, and provide leadership with health metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management, or Project Management at a SaaS company, focused on retail customers.
• Hands‑on retail operations experience (inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing, or promotions).
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid Excel skills (SQL a plus).
• Excellent communication, relationship management, and organizational capabilities.
