Senior Delivery Manager (LATAM Retail SaaS)

About the role

We are a fast‑growing SaaS company seeking a Senior Delivery Manager to lead our retail and supply‑chain portfolio across LATAM. This independent‑contractor position works on an invoicing basis, allowing you to manage your own taxes and filings while delivering real value to our customers.

Key responsibilities

• Own a portfolio of retail accounts, conduct regular check‑ins, QBRs and strategic planning sessions.
• Monitor product usage, identify risks and growth opportunities, and drive adoption and renewal.
• Leverage retail expertise (inventory planning, demand forecasting, pricing, promotions) to guide customers toward better day‑to‑day decisions.
• Lead end‑to‑end onboarding, coordinate with TAMs, engineers and cross‑functional teams to ensure smooth go‑lives.
• Identify upsell and expansion opportunities, partner with Sales and Account teams, and focus on measurable ROI.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, Support and Data teams to turn feedback into actionable improvements.
• Maintain accurate records in HubSpot and provide regular updates on customer health, risks and key metrics.

Required profile

• 2‑5 years of experience in Customer Success, Account Management or Project Management at a SaaS company, with a focus on retail customers.
• Hands‑on retail operations experience (inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, assortment, pricing or promotions).
• Bachelor’s degree (Industrial Engineering preferred).
• Native‑level Spanish and fluent written and spoken English.
• Strong analytical abilities and solid Excel skills (SQL a plus).
• Excellent communication, relationship management and organizational capabilities.
