Senior Director, LATAM Sparkling & ARTD

About the role

The Senior Director for LATAM Sparkling & ARTD will lead the innovation agenda for The Coca‑Cola Company’s sparkling and ready‑to‑drink categories across Latin America. Reporting to global GDI leadership, you will shape multi‑year pipelines, drive growth strategies and translate bold ideas into market‑ready products.

Key responsibilities

• Co‑develop and guide a multi‑year innovation pipeline for Sparkling and ARTD brands in LATAM, partnering with Marketing VPs, Global Category Leaders and Strategy VPs.
• Lead a team of approximately five product developers and commercialization managers, overseeing end‑to‑end technical product innovation for brands such as Sprite, Schweppes, Sidral Mundet and Inca Kola.
• Coordinate cross‑functional expertise across Process Development, Consumer Research, Packaging, Regulatory, QSE, Supply Chain, Flavor Manufacturing and CPS to ensure seamless execution.
• Apply transformative thinking to create innovative solutions, manage budgets and align initiatives with overall business goals.
• Collaborate with Research & Experimentation teams to design, develop and commercialize scalable solutions, including clinical trials and consumer studies.
• Partner with supply‑chain and commercial leadership to manage stage‑gate processes, mitigate risk and deliver pipeline milestones.

Required profile

• Proven senior leadership experience in beverage product development or innovation.
• Strong track record of building and executing multi‑year pipelines for complex product categories.
• Excellent strategic thinking, budget management and cross‑functional collaboration skills.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders across marketing, technical, and commercial functions.
