Senior Director, RGM Competitive Pricing Strategy – LATAM

About the role

The Senior Director will shape top‑line revenue growth and margin expansion across Latin America by leading Revenue Growth Management (RGM) and competitive pricing strategies. Reporting to senior leadership, you will partner with bottling partners, marketing, and commercial teams to translate data‑driven insights into actionable plans.

Key responsibilities

• Define and execute RGM and pricing strategies that drive revenue and profit growth across multiple LATAM markets.
• Scale RGM solutions, ensuring consistent adoption and performance tracking across countries.
• Generate actionable insights from sales data, market trends, and shopper behavior, delivering comprehensive reports on pricing, promotions, share, and mix.
• Lead cross‑functional discussions to align strategic intent with market execution.
• Communicate strategy and results to senior executives, bottling partners, and regional stakeholders.

Required profile

• 15+ years of commercial experience with a focus on commercial strategy, RGM, and franchise leadership.
• Proven ability to manage enterprise‑wide systems from development through deployment.
• Strong strategic thinking, forward‑looking vision, and the capacity to simplify complex concepts.
• Excellent influencing and communication skills at senior organizational levels.
