Senior Enterprise Account Executive – Mexico

About the role

Orchard is looking for a Senior Enterprise Account Executive to own and grow a geographic territory covering large growers and agricultural operations in Mexico. You will manage the full sales cycle—from prospecting and building value cases to closing multi‑region, high‑value contracts and expanding existing accounts.

Key responsibilities

• Own and grow an enterprise territory representing 100,000+ serviceable acres, closing high‑stakes deals.
• Generate pipeline through industry relationships, targeted outbound prospecting, and participation in events.
• Lead the complete sales process, including in‑field demos, ROI development, negotiation, and contract closure.
• Maintain accurate forecasts, disciplined CRM management, and seamless handoffs to deployment and customer‑success teams.
• Represent Orchard at industry trade shows, conferences, and on‑farm demonstrations.

Required profile

• 3‑7+ years of agriculture or ag‑tech sales experience with a proven track record.
• Demonstrated success closing six‑figure contracts with enterprise buyers.
• Deep understanding of the agricultural sales cycle and farm decision‑making processes.
• Strong communication, negotiation skills, and ability to operate independently.
• Willingness to travel ~25% of the time, including trips to the United States.
