Senior Full Stack Engineer - PHP/Laravel & Vue.js

About the role

DaCodes, a team of nearly 300 software developers and digital transformation specialists working with clients across Latin America and the United States, is hiring 3 Senior Full Stack Engineers to join its existing Agile teams. The position is open to candidates in Mexico only, with a good time-zone overlap with US Eastern hours.

Key responsibilities

• Work directly with the client's teams every day, leading technical work and mentoring others.
• Dive into production issues and troubleshoot them.
• Ramp up quickly and contribute independently.

Required profile

• 6 to 9 years of experience as a Full Stack Engineer.
• Proven ability to lead technical work, mentor others and troubleshoot production issues.
• Strong English communication skills, as you will work directly with the team every day.
• Good time-zone overlap with US Eastern hours.

Required skills

• Backend: PHP 8+, Laravel, API development and unit testing.
• Frontend: Vue.js 3+.
• Data: MySQL/MariaDB.
• Tooling: Git, Docker, Apache/Linux.
• Hands-on experience with AI-assisted development tools such as Claude, GitHub Copilot or similar.
• Nice to have: Elasticsearch, Logstash, MongoDB, GitHub Actions, TypeScript, Zend/Laminas.
