Senior Fullstack Engineer (Node.js & TypeScript)

About the role

We are looking for a senior full‑stack engineer to design, develop and maintain backend services using Node.js with TypeScript/JavaScript. The role is fully remote and focuses on building scalable, cloud‑native applications in an Azure environment.

Key responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain backend APIs using Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Leverage Azure services and follow cloud‑native best practices to ensure high availability and performance.
• Implement and maintain CI/CD pipelines for automated build, test and deployment.
• Collaborate with architecture and product teams to migrate and modernise services, including gradual adoption of Python‑based components.
• Develop and refactor services in Python (intermediate level) as part of a long‑term backend transformation strategy.
• Integrate backend services with databases, external APIs and third‑party systems while ensuring security and reliability.

Required profile

• Strong experience with Node.js, TypeScript and JavaScript.
• Proficiency in Azure cloud services and CI/CD tooling.
• Intermediate knowledge of Python, with ability to write and maintain Python code.
• Advanced English communication skills.
• Ability to work independently in a fully remote setting.
