Senior Integrated Project Manager

About the role

Brandtech+ is seeking a Senior Integrated Project Manager to lead high‑volume, AI‑augmented creative projects from brief to delivery. Based in Mexico City, you will operate within the company’s proprietary OMG workflow system, ensuring seamless coordination across creative, CRM, video, and production teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own end‑to‑end project lifecycle for assigned workstreams, from brief intake through production, review, approval, and delivery.
• Maintain real‑time project status in OMG, providing visibility to the Program Director and Resource Manager.
• Coordinate cross‑functional teams, manage dependencies, and resolve scheduling conflicts proactively.
• Identify and flag SLA risks early, escalating with proposed solutions before deadlines are missed.
• Support brief triage by reviewing incoming briefs for completeness, clarifying scope, and routing to the appropriate team.
• Manage version control, asset filing, and delivery logistics to ensure final files meet specification.
• Contribute to weekly status reports and quarterly business review preparation.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing integrated creative or advertising projects in a fast‑paced environment.
• Strong ability to multitask across multiple workstreams and disciplines.
• Excellent communication skills in English; fluency in Spanish is a plus.
• Detail‑oriented with a focus on delivering on time, on brief, and to spec.
