Senior Key Account Analyst – Vans Customer Service & Parts

About the role

This position serves as the primary communication channel for Mercedes‑Benz Vans fleet customers in Mexico, driving solutions that boost satisfaction, loyalty, and long‑term retention. The analyst will support customers, develop the mobile workshop business, and ensure operational excellence across the after‑sales network.

Key responsibilities

• Provide timely support to fleet customers on Customer Service & Parts (CS&P) issues, coordinating with Mercedes‑Benz México and the dealer network.
• Develop and monitor the mobile workshop business, implementing strategies for growth, profitability, and service excellence.
• Advise fleet customers and regional headquarters on product knowledge, original spare parts, service processes, and workshop conditioning.
• Coordinate follow‑up meetings with customers and dealers to resolve after‑sales issues and maintain strong relationships.
• Maintain monthly monitoring of key fleet indicators (location, age, maintenance history, cost of ownership, repair times) and produce quarterly executive reports for strategic decision‑making.

Required profile

• Engineering degree in Automotive, Mechanical, Transportation or Chemical disciplines.
• Intermediate to advanced English proficiency.
• Experience operating an after‑sales department within an automotive company.
• Knowledge of fleet customer management and dealer network operations.
• Proven ability to interact with customers, workshops, and internal teams to resolve cases.
• Based in Mexico City; local contract applies.
