Senior Manager, Global Capex Procurement

About the role

The Global Capex Procurement Manager will lead the sourcing, negotiation and contracting for capital expenditure projects worldwide, overseeing spend of $75M‑$150M. You will work closely with engineering, quality, manufacturing and finance teams to ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest safety and quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute global sourcing strategies for Capex projects.
• Lead negotiations and contract management with strategic suppliers.
• Manage supplier performance issues and act as escalation point for project teams.
• Collaborate with CPS operations (Engineering, QSE, Manufacturing & Finance) for stakeholder alignment.
• Build and maintain long‑term supplier relationships to support business goals.
• Ensure risk management, compliance, NDAs and contract requirements are met.
• Participate in Supplier Relationship Management (SRM) programs.
• Support additional procurement activities as needed.

Required profile

• Minimum 5 years of procurement or supply management experience, preferably in indirect and Capex categories.
• Bachelor’s degree required; CPA or MBA preferred.
• Strong analytical and negotiation abilities.
• Proven ability to manage multiple stakeholders and build supplier relationships.
• Willingness to travel up to 25% annually.
• Experience working with diverse cultures; Spanish language knowledge is a plus.
