Senior On-Field Sales Trainer

About the role

DiDi Global Inc. is seeking a Senior On-Field Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of its commercial field force. You will bridge sales education, commercial leadership, and strategic stakeholders, turning real‑world observations into actionable business solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Conduct strategic field observations (ride‑alongs, shadowing, accompany visits) to uncover performance and knowledge gaps.
• Coordinate and standardize On‑Field Sales Trainer (OFST) methodologies across multiple cities, ensuring consistent coaching quality.
• Reinforce monthly trainings in the field through practical coaching, role‑plays, objection handling, and real‑time support.
• Detect national trends, recurring patterns, and operational blockers through OFST insights.
• Translate field insights into recommendations that improve campaign adoption, tool usage, and sales performance.
• Provide visibility to leadership on field realities, execution risks, and adoption gaps.
• Act as the operational bridge between strategy and execution, ensuring follow‑up and traceability of action plans.

Required profile

• Senior‑level experience in sales training, field coaching, or commercial operations.
• Proven ability to lead cross‑functional teams and manage stakeholder relationships.
• Strong analytical mindset to turn observations into measurable business recommendations.
• Excellent communication skills for delivering coaching and presenting insights.
