Senior Partner Project Manager

About the role

Fever, a tech platform for culture and live entertainment, is hiring a Senior Partner Project Manager in Mexico City. The role manages the entire lifecycle of partner events, from the moment the sales and legal team signs the commercial contract until the event closes, acting as the main point of contact between the event organizer and all internal teams.

Key responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end process of partner events and manage other departments' tasks so they are delivered on time and in form.
• Act as the main contact between the event organizer and internal teams.
• Communicate product and process needs to HQ and work with product and engineering to deliver them, prioritizing requirements with the product team.
• Create and maintain an exhaustive Q&A to cover potential user issues handled by the user support team.
• Ensure all requirements needed to meet project goals have the necessary documentation.
• Be present on site during launches or other key dates depending on the event.

Required profile

• Degree holder with a project management background; 3+ years in a project management role or consulting background.
• Entrepreneurial mindset, comfortable coordinating other departments and delivering results in an ambiguous environment.
• Event experience is not required but is a plus; the role is not for someone with an events background.
• Fluent English and Spanish; other languages are a plus.

• Knowledge of promotional tools such as Facebook and Instagram is a plus; a strong academic background is a plus.
