Senior Procurement Manager – Mexico & LATAM

About the role

We are seeking a Senior Procurement Manager to lead indirect procurement activities for Mexico and Latin America. Based in Mexico City, you will partner with global category leaders and market teams to translate strategic sourcing plans into operational results.

Key responsibilities

• Act as the primary liaison for procurement matters across Mexico and LATAM markets.
• Gather and prioritize market-specific needs and translate them into actionable sourcing strategies.
• Implement and operationalize global category strategies at the regional level.
• Develop long‑term project road‑maps and efficiency plans in collaboration with market leadership and supply‑chain functions.
• Coordinate with the Americas Indirect Procurement Associate Director and Global Category Leaders to ensure alignment and delivery of targets.
• Support the rollout of strategic category plans and monitor performance against objectives.

Required profile

• Significant experience in indirect procurement, category management or supply‑chain sourcing within a multinational environment.
• Proven ability to work cross‑functionally with global and regional teams.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving capabilities.
• Fluency in English; Spanish language skills are a plus.
