Senior Project Manager – Global Workplace Projects

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead the Global Workplace Projects organisation, overseeing large‑scale construction and capacity‑expansion initiatives worldwide. This senior leadership position is responsible for planning, executing and delivering complex building and manufacturing projects while ensuring alignment with strategic goals, safety, quality, cost and schedule targets.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, plan and control the construction of packing facilities, ensuring design compliance, budget adherence and timely delivery.
• Manage end‑to‑end project delivery from site setup through handover, coordinating multidisciplinary teams of 25‑50 members.
• Serve as primary liaison between executive leadership, external partners, R&D processing teams, NPI, MDI and general contractors.
• Integrate new technologies into processing R&D and traditional lines, overseeing equipment installation and logistics flows.
• Conduct trade‑off discussions with partners to identify optimal solutions within approved scope and budget.
• Report regularly to senior management on project status, risks and issues.
• Evaluate team performance and provide feedback to employees and managers.

Required profile

• Extensive project management and construction experience on large‑scale, complex projects.
• Proven track record handling manufacturing equipment installation.
• Experience working in program or stream structures and collaborating with equipment suppliers or general contractors.
