Senior Project Manager – Oil & Gas (Pipeline Integrity)

About the role

We are looking for an experienced Senior Project Manager to lead high‑impact pipeline integrity and maintenance projects across the Oil & Gas sector. The role involves overseeing complex interventions such as Hot Tapping, Line Stopping (STOPPLE®), tie‑ins, and temporary bypasses while ensuring safety, quality, and profitability.

Key responsibilities

• Lead multidisciplinary projects from proposal through execution and close‑out.
• Manage project scope, schedule, budget, profitability, and risk.
• Coordinate engineering, construction, procurement, logistics, and field operations.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, EPC contractors, and key stakeholders.
• Ensure compliance with the highest HSE and quality standards.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Civil, Industrial, Petroleum, or Chemical Engineering.
• 10+ years of experience in the Oil & Gas industry.
• 5+ years managing pipeline construction, maintenance, or integrity projects.
• Strong knowledge of Hot Tapping, Line Stopping (STOPPLE®), pipeline integrity, and live pipeline intervention.
• Experience managing multimillion‑dollar projects.
• Advanced written and spoken English.
• Preferred certifications: PMP, API 1169, NACE, OSHA 30, Lean Six Sigma.
