Senior Project Manager – Production

About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead high‑impact production projects for WPP Production, ensuring client expectations are met or exceeded while delivering multi‑channel content on time and within budget.

Key responsibilities

• Interpret and translate client briefs, assigning tasks across creative development, animation, filming, audio, programming, retouching and compositing.
• Lead production projects across high‑end production, content production, print and post‑production for both digital and non‑digital channels.
• Maintain primary client relationships, acting as the main point of contact and ensuring an excellent client experience.
• Manage multiple projects from kickoff to final delivery, keeping them on schedule, on budget and aligned with client expectations.
• Collaborate with Production Managers, Creative Directors, technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
• Provide clear, proactive communication on progress, risks, timelines and deliverables.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of production and post‑production workflows.
• Proven experience managing multidisciplinary production teams.
• Excellent client‑facing and communication skills.
• Ability to handle several projects simultaneously.
