Senior Project Manager & Scrum Master

About the role

Apply Digital is seeking a seasoned Senior Project Manager who will also act as Scrum Master for multiple digital development teams. The role is hybrid/remote friendly and operates on Pacific Standard Time hours, supporting clients such as Arc'teryx, Lululemon, and Kraft Heinz.

Key responsibilities

• Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand‑ups, sprint reviews and retrospectives for several teams.
• Lead end‑to‑end digital projects, translating client outcomes into clear plans while managing scope, timeline and budget.
• Define and maintain project roadmaps, release plans and capacity schedules, identifying risks and dependencies.
• Act as primary liaison between technical and business stakeholders to align priorities with strategic objectives.
• Oversee release processes across platforms, coordinate deployments and ensure QA and performance standards.
• Conduct workshops, discovery sessions and design reviews to create shared understanding.
• Collaborate with analytics, QA and technical teams to validate outcomes against KPIs.
• Maintain accurate documentation, progress tracking and reporting in project management tools.
• Manage third‑party vendors and foster a high‑performing, collaborative culture.

Required profile

• 6‑10 years of experience leading complex, end‑to‑end digital programs in an agency, consultancy or professional services environment.
• Proven record delivering flagship digital experiences for enterprise or global clients.
• Experience as a Project Manager or Scrum Lead on high‑visibility digital initiatives.
• Strong ability to navigate technical complexity and manage stakeholder expectations.
