Senior DevOps Engineer – Azure & AI Platform

About the role

Restaurant365 is looking for a Senior DevOps Engineer to lead the design, build‑out, and operational ownership of its Azure cloud infrastructure that powers internally developed Claude AI applications. This role will enable business users across the organization to create, host, and securely share AI‑driven solutions.

Key responsibilities

• Architect, implement, and operate Azure services (App Services, Functions, Container Apps, networking, storage) for AI applications.
• Design, maintain, and improve CI/CD pipelines using Azure DevOps and GitHub Actions.
• Establish a change‑management process with promotion gates, approvals, and rollback procedures.
• Serve as the primary technical owner of the hosted platform, ensuring reliability, scalability, and cost efficiency.
• Partner with internal application owners to onboard new enterprise apps, advising on architecture and deployment best practices.
• Define and enforce security policies, including authentication, authorization, and network access controls.
• Build observability solutions with Azure Monitor, Application Insights, and Log Analytics.
• Author and maintain Infrastructure as Code using Terraform and Bicep.
• Drive incident response, conduct post‑incident reviews, and mentor mid‑level DevOps engineers.
