About the role

The Senior Project Manager will lead high‑complexity, customer‑specific initiatives, including large product introductions and transfers. You will guide multi‑functional teams, manage stakeholder relationships, and ensure projects meet schedule, cost, quality, and scope targets.

Key responsibilities

• Gather, clarify, and translate project requirements into actionable plans.
• Build and lead cross‑functional teams aligned with customer needs.
• Collaborate with internal and external customers from requirements gathering through product acceptance.
• Develop and maintain detailed project schedules, budgets, and resource forecasts.
• Monitor key performance indicators, manage risks, and drive corrective actions.
• Provide regular status reports, issue escalations, and performance assessments to stakeholders.
• Foster continuous improvement through trend analysis and metrics management.

Required profile

• Proven experience managing large, complex projects in an operations or manufacturing environment.
• Strong leadership and team‑building capabilities.
• Excellent communication skills with customers, vendors, and internal sponsors.
• Ability to make data‑driven decisions and solve problems quickly.
