Senior Property Manager (Remote, US Time Zones)

About the role

StaffRight is seeking an experienced Senior Property Manager to lead a team of junior managers and oversee the day‑to‑day operations of residential and commercial properties. The role is fully remote, serving U.S. time zones from the Philippines or Latin America.

Key responsibilities

• Lead, mentor and guide junior on‑site property managers, ensuring best practices.
• Manage tenant communications, lease renewals and resolve escalated issues.
• Oversee leasing activities: advertising, showings, applicant screening and lease drafting.
• Ensure compliance with lease terms, investigate violations and handle disputes.
• Coordinate vendors for maintenance, repairs and larger renovation projects.
• Collaborate with leadership on marketing strategies and operational improvements.
• Monitor financial performance, prepare budgets, track actuals and devise strategies to maximize outcomes.

Required profile

• Excellent written and verbal English communication skills.
• Strong background in U.S. residential and/or commercial property management.
• Proven experience managing or leading a property‑management team.
• Availability to work US graveyard shifts and start within two weeks.
• Own reliable laptop/desktop, noise‑cancelling headphones, webcam and internet (≥50 Mbps).

Required skills

• Proficiency with AppFolio or similar property‑management software.
• Comfortable using time‑tracking tools such as Time Doctor.
• Strong command of Microsoft Office tools.
• Experience with Google Workspace.
