Senior Quality Manager

About the role

Gates is seeking a Senior Quality Manager to lead quality assurance across its manufacturing value stream. You will drive problem‑solving initiatives, ensure compliance with customer and industry standards, and act as the quality subject‑matter expert for both internal teams and external partners.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee quality planning from project inception through customer utilization.
• Lead root‑cause analysis and implement corrective and preventive actions.
• Develop and execute Advanced Product Quality Plans (APQP) for new and existing products.
• Conduct Failure Modes & Effects Analysis (FMEA) and create Quality Control Plans.
• Establish inspection sample plans, statistical process controls (SPC), and perform Measurement Systems Analysis (MSA).
• Maintain and continuously improve the site Quality Management System (ISO9001, IATF16949).
• Collaborate with cross‑functional teams, suppliers, and customers to resolve quality issues promptly.
