Senior Retail Manager – Mainline Channel (Mexico)

About the role

Levi Strauss & Co. is seeking a bold and strategic Senior Retail Manager to lead its most elevated retail channel in Mexico. You will be responsible for a portfolio of 35 Mainline stores, guiding a team of District Managers and influencing all store teams to deliver best‑in‑class brand experiences while meeting financial targets.

Key responsibilities

• Own P&L for the Mainline brick‑and‑mortar channel, driving profitability, revenue growth and market share.
• Develop and execute commercial strategies, pricing, promotions and marketing activations to maximise store performance.
• Analyse business trends, consumer behaviour and store metrics to identify opportunities and risks.
• Oversee cost control, margin management and compliance with revenue, gross‑margin and EBIT targets.
• Lead new store openings, remodels, relocations and change‑management initiatives.
• Partner with FP&A, Merchandising, Planning, Allocation, Marketing, Real Estate and Retail Operations to optimise results.
• Drive productivity improvements through traffic conversion, average transaction value and units per transaction.
