Senior Software Engineer – AI Healthcare

About the role

We are looking for a senior software engineer to help us push the boundaries of AI in healthcare. The role is highly hands‑on, offering ownership over product, architecture and the engineering team while working directly with the founders.

Key responsibilities

• Design, build and ship AI agents that support healthcare professionals.
• Make critical product and architecture decisions.
• Write production‑grade code, review pull requests and improve engineering velocity.
• Lead and mentor a small team of 2–3 engineers.
• Collaborate with the founders on product strategy and roadmap.

Required profile

• At least 3 years of software engineering experience.
• Startup experience or a proven startup mentality.
• Demonstrated ability to lead a small engineering team.
• Hands‑on experience building and shipping AI‑driven products.
• Strong ownership, fast execution, product intuition and low ego.
