SEO Analyst – Drive Leads & Sales

About the role

Chili is seeking an SEO Analyst who will design and execute SEO strategies that generate leads and sales for our clients. You will work with a multicultural, international team and help maintain Chili’s reputation as a digital‑marketing leader in Latin America and Australasia.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and implement on‑page SEO tactics for established content sites.
• Produce SEO performance reports and analyse data to optimise campaigns.
• Manage SEO projects, coordinating with copy teams and senior stakeholders.
• Stay up‑to‑date with ranking factors, algorithm changes and Google quality guidelines.
• Utilise a suite of SEO tools to audit, track and improve site visibility.

Required profile

• Minimum 2 years of hands‑on on‑page SEO experience, preferably with content‑focused sites or agencies.
• Experience in SEO reporting, performance analysis and project management.
• Fluent English; advanced or native Spanish is a plus.
• People‑management experience and a sense of humour.

Required skills

• Proficiency with SEO tools such as SEMrush, Ahrefs, Screaming Frog, DeepCrawl, Moz, Majestic and Google Keyword Planner.
• Strong Excel/Google Sheets skills.
• Working knowledge of Google Analytics, Google Search Console and Adobe Analytics.
