ServiceNow ITAM and Integration Specialist

About the role

The ServiceNow ITAM and Integration Specialist will design, configure and support ServiceNow Hardware Asset Management (HAM) and Software Asset Management (SAM) solutions for Infosys clients in Mexico. The role blends ServiceNow development, integration engineering, data governance and asset lifecycle management to enable business transformation.

Key responsibilities

• Implement and configure ServiceNow HAM and SAM out‑of‑the‑box capabilities across the full asset lifecycle.
• Maintain hardware and software catalogs, asset models, stockrooms, inventory controls and licensing compliance.
• Establish governance processes for asset normalization, standardization and data quality.
• Integrate ServiceNow with third‑party SAM/HAM tools, endpoint management, MDM platforms and enterprise applications using REST, SOAP, SSO/Okta and related technologies.
• Develop custom ServiceNow solutions using JavaScript, AngularJS, Service Portal widgets and both client‑side and server‑side scripting.
• Design transform maps, data migration, batch and file‑based integrations (MFT/SFTP).
• Provide documentation, runbooks, stakeholder training, testing and production support.
• Collaborate with CMDB, Discovery and inventory sources to prevent data duplication.

Required profile

• Strong knowledge of ServiceNow HAM, SAM and IT asset lifecycle best practices.
• Experience with CMDB, Discovery, asset management and software compliance processes.
• Ability to design and deliver integrations with SAP, Workday, Azure AD, SCCM, Jira, Okta and procurement systems.
• Proficiency in creating technical documentation and conducting stakeholder training.
