Shipping and Receiving Coordinator

About the role
The Shipping and Receiving Coordinator will oversee the handling and storage of raw materials and ensure inventory accuracy at our Reynosa warehouse. Reporting to the Warehouse Supervisor, you will support the company’s quality and safety policies while managing inbound and outbound logistics.
Key responsibilities
- Maintain precise inventory records and track orders received and shipped.
- Prepare required documentation for all shipments.
- Supervise unloading processes, warehouse management, and product dispatch.
- Communicate with carriers and import/export partners.
- Follow established operational procedures and instructions.
- Conduct cyclical counts to keep inventory levels accurate.
Required profile
- High school diploma or professional degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field.
- At least 1 year of relevant experience, preferably with some leadership responsibilities.
- Ability to work on-site in Reynosa, Mexico.
Required skills
- Proficiency in operating a scanner.
- Experience using the Oracle system.
- Competent with Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
