Shipping Clerk – Toluca, Mexico

About the role

The Stellantis Customer Experience Organization is looking for a Shipping Clerk to join the Quality team at its Toluca Parts Distribution Center. The role focuses on coordinating both domestic and international shipments, handling documentation, and ensuring compliance with import/export regulations.

Key responsibilities

• Prepare, process, and coordinate domestic and international shipments.
• Create and maintain shipping documentation, bills of lading, customs paperwork, and carrier labels.
• Schedule shipments with carriers such as UPS, DHL, and freight providers.
• Monitor shipment status and provide tracking information to internal customers.
• Verify shipment accuracy, including part numbers, quantities, methods, and destinations.
• Prepare export documentation and ensure compliance with U.S. and international regulations.
• Maintain supplier, broker, and tax identification records for customs clearance.
• Utilize company systems to process, track, and report shipments.
• Follow transportation, customs, and hazardous material regulations and maintain required certifications.
• Verify incoming and outgoing shipments for accuracy, maintain organized shipping areas, and assist with inventory reconciliation.

Required profile

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate Degree preferred.
• At least 3 years of experience in shipping, logistics, warehouse operations, or supply chain functions.
• Knowledge of domestic and international shipping procedures and customs documentation.
