Showroom Assistant – Visual Merchandising & Client Support

About the role

Join another.co’s dynamic communications team as a Showroom Assistant, supporting visual merchandising, client interactions, and daily showroom operations. You will help create an inviting, brand‑aligned environment for visitors, influencers, and stylists.

Key responsibilities

• Assist with showroom operations, including appointment scheduling and coordination.
• Manage inventory for each piece, keeping both physical and digital stock up‑to‑date.
• Provide personalized information about products, collections, and promotions to clients and visitors.
• Prepare products for display, restock empty areas, and ensure the showroom remains tidy and visually appealing.
• Support seasonal display setups and assist with office tasks related to orders and customer follow‑ups.

Required profile

• Bachelor’s degree in Fashion Design, Advertising, Marketing, Public Relations, or a related field (completed).
• English proficiency.
• 6 months to 1 year of experience in visual merchandising, styling, showroom, or a similar role.

Required skills

• Experience with Point of Sale (POS) systems.
• Familiarity with inventory management software.
