About the role
The Site Development Engineer will coordinate and optimise a range of on‑site services, ensuring they meet the operational needs of Airbus Helicopters Mexico. This role works closely with internal teams and external partners to deliver high‑quality, cost‑effective solutions.
Key responsibilities
- Manage services and projects such as cleaning, catering and people transportation.
- Collaborate with internal and external partners to align service delivery with business requirements.
- Ensure customer satisfaction by using resources efficiently and effectively.
- Monitor and improve supplier performance to guarantee on‑time, quality, and cost‑controlled delivery.
- Identify potential compliance risks and act with integrity to uphold company standards.
Required profile
- Professional experience in facility management or related fields.
- Strong awareness of compliance and risk management.
- Ability to work with diverse stakeholders and drive continuous improvement.
