Site Engagement Manager (Home Based)

About the role

ICON Strategic Solutions is hiring a Site Engagement Manager (home based) in Mexico City. Working in a sponsor-dedicated model, you will lead efforts to build and maintain strong relationships with clinical trial sites, ensuring effective communication and collaboration throughout the study lifecycle. ICON is described as the world's largest FSP organisation, with over 90 sponsor partnerships.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee scientific operations workstreams so that deliverables meet quality and timeline expectations.
• Manage site engagement efforts to keep strong relationships and clear communication between clinical trial sites and ICON teams.
• Lead and mentor a team of site engagement professionals through the study initiation, conduct and closeout phases.
• Collaborate with clinical operations and project management teams to align site engagement strategies with overall study goals.
• Identify and address site concerns, provide solutions and drive initiatives that improve site satisfaction and retention.
• Ensure compliance with Good Clinical Practice (GCP) and regulatory requirements.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree in life sciences, business management or a related field, with significant experience in site engagement or clinical operations.
• Proven experience managing site relationships and engagement in a clinical trial setting, with strong knowledge of regulatory and operational requirements.
• Leadership and team management skills, with the ability to guide and develop a team of site engagement professionals.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities, and strong organisational and project management skills.
• Detailed, proactive and committed to high standards of site satisfaction and regulatory compliance.
• Legal right to work in the country where the role is based.
