Site Manager

About the role

E80 Group is seeking a Site Manager to lead the installation, implementation and commissioning of automated intralogistics solutions at customer sites. The role ensures projects are delivered on time, within budget and to contractual quality standards while maintaining strong communication with clients.

Key responsibilities

• Plan and schedule all installation, implementation and commissioning activities on customer premises up to final testing.
• Organise and lead the project team, ensuring efficient execution of tasks.
• Control costs in line with contractual specifications and budget constraints.
• Maintain constant, timely communication between the customer and E80 Group.
• Manage project modifications in collaboration with the project manager and customer.
• Handle non‑conformity processes with technical and supply‑chain personnel.
• Ensure documented acceptance of systems and customer approval after testing.
• Collaborate with the company RSPP on worksite safety matters.

Required profile

• Engineering degree.
• Strong team‑leadership and customer‑orientation.
• Systemic vision and ability to prioritise tasks effectively.
• Willingness to travel at least 80% of the time.

Required skills

• Good working knowledge of AutoCAD.
• Experience with resource‑planning software.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite.
