Site Manager – Logistics Systems Installation

About the role

The Site Manager will lead the Field department’s activities for installing, implementing and commissioning automated intralogistics solutions at customer plants. This position ensures that projects are delivered on time, within budget and to the agreed quality standards.

Key responsibilities

• Plan processes and create detailed schedules for all installation, implementation and commissioning tasks up to final testing.
• Organise and supervise the project team to ensure efficient execution of activities on the customer’s premises.
• Control costs in line with contractual specifications, quality standards and the allocated budget.
• Maintain constant, timely communication between the customer and E80 Group.
• Manage project modifications in collaboration with the project manager and the customer.
• Handle non‑conformity processes together with technical and supply‑chain personnel.
• Secure documented acceptance of systems and obtain customer approval after testing phases.

Required profile

• Proven ability to plan, schedule and oversee complex installation projects.
• Strong organisational skills and capacity to lead multidisciplinary teams.
• Excellent communication skills for interfacing with customers and internal stakeholders.
• Experience in cost control and adherence to contractual quality standards.
