Warehouse Manager

About the role

Rockwell Automation is hiring a Warehouse Manager in Tecate. The role oversees the purchase of materials, material control, inventory control, shipping and receiving and stores functions, and ensures materials are available to meet company requirements while keeping inventory at acceptable levels.

Key responsibilities

• Oversee purchasing, material control, inventory control, shipping/receiving and stores functions.
• Develop, implement and maintain policies, procedures and material control systems.
• Ensure materials are ordered and in stock, and review and plan material requirements, possibly preparing material requirement plans with ERP systems.
• Develop material schedules and coordinate the efficient movement of materials with purchasing, production and engineering.
• May assist with establishing and maintaining the production control system.
• Select, develop and evaluate personnel to ensure efficient operation of the function.

Required profile

• Bachelor's degree.
• 5 years of experience in a manager position.

Required skills

• Preferred: English at 90% level.
• Preferred: people management.
• Preferred: SAP knowledge.
