Software Engineer – Automation & Observability

About the role

We are looking for a Software Engineer focused on automation and observability to build robust tools that streamline performance testing and monitoring in Azure‑based cloud environments.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and maintain frameworks for performance test automation in cloud environments.
• Implement observability and performance monitoring strategies within Azure DevOps.
• Design intelligent utilities that leverage AI/ML to improve product quality.
• Create scalable, cloud‑native applications and models.
• Optimize security, performance and stability of cloud‑hosted products.
• Write efficient scripts to enhance cloud performance.
• Research and integrate industry‑leading monitoring tools such as New Relic and Datadog.

Required profile

• 3+ years of professional programming and scripting experience, preferably with Python.
• Experience building tools for QA, performance testing and test automation.
• Strong knowledge of performance optimization in Azure DevOps environments.
• Hands‑on experience with cloud‑based development and SQL/PostgreSQL databases.
• Solid understanding of security and performance optimization in cloud infrastructures.
• Practical experience implementing observability strategies.
