Software Engineer - Salesforce Site Development (Hybrid)

About the role

Salesforce is looking for a highly skilled developer to build its Salesforce site that connects customers to support. The role is based in Mexico City and works in a hybrid setting. You will focus on building new features with Salesforce technologies and products, helping customers receive reliable, cost-efficient and highly available support.

Key responsibilities

• Take part in exploring, designing and building the product using the Salesforce platform and products.
• Deliver high-quality, stable code and give constructive feedback on code submissions.
• Write automation test scripts to certify builds.
• Advocate Scrum and Agile development practices.
• Develop and configure Agentforce agents, including topics, actions and prompt templates.
• Create and maintain test strategies for agentic behaviors and LLM outputs.

Required profile

• At least 4 years of development experience.
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Experience designing and implementing web services.
• Experience with prompt engineering and hands-on experience testing LLM-based agents.
• Preferred: experience with scalable design patterns, Agile and test-driven development, presenting designs, and certifications such as Salesforce Admin, Salesforce Developer or Agentblazer.

Required skills

• Java, JavaScript and ReactJS.
• Apex, Salesforce Cloud, Service Cloud and Agentforce (mandatory).
• Object-oriented programming and Git.
• Advanced prompt engineering and experience with AI coding tools such as Claude Code, GitHub Copilot, Codex or Cursor.
• Preferred: Data 360 (Data Cloud) concepts, Selenium, and basic knowledge of RAG, KNN, embeddings and fine-tuning.
