Specialist, Customer Success

About the role

Mastercard is seeking a Specialist, Customer Success to join its Services Customer Success team in Mexico. The role focuses on helping priority customers maximize the value of Mastercard’s network products through proactive engagement, business growth initiatives, and technical readiness.

Key responsibilities

• Support senior Customer Success Managers in delivering strategic priorities across the region.
• Engage with customer stakeholders to assess solution viability, understand cyber‑threat landscapes, and identify optimisation opportunities.
• Collaborate with Network Services, Account Management, Sales, Product, Technical Account Managers and delivery teams to ensure full value realization of Mastercard network products.
• Drive customer engagement, business expansion, and technical/program readiness to boost customer lifetime value and adoption.

Required profile

• Proven experience supporting Customer Success initiatives within a B2B environment.
• Strong ability to work cross‑functionally with network, sales, product and technical teams.
• Excellent stakeholder‑engagement skills and a focus on delivering measurable customer outcomes.
